Worked as a member of the PMO on various infrastructure related projects.Worked with Data Center manager and contractors on the implementation of 2 new UPS systems and the decommissioning of the old, including removal, of large battery casings and supporting infrastructure.Worked closely with CAB to get project change requests through and approved for execution.Coordinated weekly status calls and bi-Weekly stake holder calls to keep management up to date on project status.Work with Network team on the planning and execution of enterprise wise Switch IOS upgrades.Worked closely with electrical contractor on the replacement activities and planning for power upgrades.Work with Technical management and Technical SME’s on issue identification and resolution.Use of Eclipse, Microsoft project and other tools to manage tasks timelines, and status reporting to keep management up to date on project progress. ![]()
